HealthEdge is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our GTM Systems team and help translate complex business problems into scalable technology solutions. You’ll own the Customer Success platform—from configuration and automation to integrations and data health.

As part of a cross-functional, AI‑driven environment, you’ll partner with GTM leaders to define and implement AI-enabled workflows, measure impact, and ensure system longevity across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, CS ops, or GTM tech roles.
• Hands-on ownership of Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy & implementation.
• Strong systems thinking with longevity in mind.
• Data fluency to validate outcomes and decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-evolving playbook.
