SalesCaptain, a fast-growing B2B growth partner, is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer. You will architect scalable outbound systems, own email deliverability, and lead Clay workflows across client accounts.

This is a hands-on, senior role combining data, automation, AI, and outbound strategy. Working remotely with EU hours, you’ll mentor others, set engineering standards, and continuously test new GTM tools to raise the team’s performance and reliability while delivering measurable outcomes for our

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in GTM Engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building outbound systems in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Advanced experience with Clay workflows, AI columns, and enrichment capabilities.
• Strong email deliverability and sending infrastructure knowledge.
• Excellent English communication (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to reporting.
• Build and optimize Clay workflows and API integrations.
• Own email deliverability infrastructure and reputation management.
• Design intent and signal-based outbound systems.
• Build automation with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs.
• Use AI to improve prospect research, qualification, and personalization.
• Test new AI and GTM tools to improve outcomes.
• Write lightweight Python or JavaScript for APIs.
• Mentor junior/mid-level GTM Engineers.
• Establish best practices and documentation for GTM workflows.
