Job summary

PayJoy Philippines is seeking a Growth Manager to drive the company’s top-priority sales growth initiatives. You will strengthen field execution, build high-performing merchant partners, and accelerate merchant network expansion across urban and rural areas.

You will lead cross-functional programs with Marketing, Promoter Operations, Merchant Operations, and KAM teams to increase originations per store, analyze performance, and create scalable playbooks that enable repeatable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue programs, BizOps, growth, or field execution.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, funnels, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex projects end-to-end.
• Self-driven, results-oriented in dynamic, high-change environments.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen field execution and selling systems across the sales org, incl Zoho adoption and in-store follow-through.
• Design and operationalize the Hero Merchant program to scale high-value merchants.
• Build merchant network expansion with geographic planning and funnel execution.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Promoter Operations, Merchant Operations, and KAM teams.
• Analyze merchant and city performance to identify bottlenecks and lift productivity.
• Create scalable playbooks, cadences, and SOPs for repeatable growth.
