PayJoy in the Philippines seeks a Key Account Lead to manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, drive activations and VGM growth, and ensure compliant program execution across assigned territories.

This role serves as the primary liaison between PayJoy and its dealer network, identifying performance gaps, executing targeted sales programs, and collaborating with Credit, Operations, and Marketing to maximize penetration and maintain healthy accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field sales, account management, dealer development, or a related commercial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for store owners, dealers and staff.
• Self-motivated with strong field discipline and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned dealer accounts through regular store visits and relationship building.
• Drive activations and VGM targets with in-store promotions and dealer incentives.
• Analyze account-level sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and growth strategies; present findings to senior team.
• Onboard new dealer accounts and coordinate with training to ensure adoption of credit and sales workflows.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing to resolve dealer issues and support campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and performance metrics in CRM systems.
