Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Business Enablement Manager in Mexico to unlock revenue from retail and telecom partnerships across the country. You will own senior-level partner relationships, design joint growth plans, and drive same-store origination, product expansion, and market penetration.

You will bridge partner insights with business strategy, influence product, credit and go-to-market decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to scale revenue in one of PayJoy's core markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Client Experience, Client Success, or related commercial roles in retail, telecom, or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering; ITAM/Ibero/Tec de Monterrey/UNAM preferred.
• Strong data-driven, cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner growth strategies by designing joint business plans with each retail and telecom account, mapping expansion levers and KPIs.
• Own senior-level partner relationships as PayJoy's primary commercial contact for key accounts, leading QBRs.
• Drive origination growth by removing gaps across operations, training, and product, coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Expand commercial footprint by proposing new store formats, product lines, and geographic rollout within existing networks.
• Manage performance with scorecards and dashboards to surface account health and guide investments.
• Protect PayJoy's position by monitoring competitors and designing retention strategies.
