Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks a Senior Sales Strategy leader to strengthen field execution, scale the Hero Merchant program, and drive revenue growth across fintech and retail tech markets.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Promoter Operations, Merchant Ops, and Key Accounts, build repeatable playbooks, analyze performance by city, and ensure rapid, predictable expansion of active merchants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue programs, BizOps, growth, or field execution roles.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort operating through KPIs, funnels, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex projects end-to-end.
• Structured problem solver with the ability to diagnose execution bottlenecks and build repeatable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across field and central teams.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and energized by dynamic, high-change environments.
• Comfortable engaging directly with frontline merchants and sales execution realities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen field execution and selling systems across the sales organization.
• Design and operationalize the Hero Merchant program by identifying, acquiring, and scaling merchants.
• Build and accelerate merchant network expansion engine with geographic expansion planning and acquisition funnel.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Promoter Operations, Merchant Operations, and Key Account teams.
• Analyze merchant- and city-level performance to identify bottlenecks and launch targeted programs.
• Build scalable playbooks, operating cadences, and SOPs for repeatable growth across regions.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to move growth initiatives from strategy to field adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement in merchant productivity, sales discipline, and execution rigor.
