Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Sales Representative to expand origination and integration of new partners in the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders, conduct field visits or kiosk sales, implement incentive campaigns, and ensure compliance with sales targets.

You will train store staff, analyze market opportunities, and maintain partner accounts while traveling across stores.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and activation targets in assigned area and increase merchant productivity.
• Visit stores to train sales teams and promote marketing materials; activate incentive campaigns.
• Develop relationships with merchants and manage accounts for healthy growth.
• Identify new business partners and onboard them after eligibility checks.
• Maintain customer database; prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
