Job Description:

• Lead the setting, tracking and reporting of key business performance metrics with management
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities across the business portfolio, and build strong business cases to support stakeholder decision-making
• Develop new partnerships with leading media channels to incubate and launch best-in-class advertising and marketing solutions
• Build comprehensive insights about digital marketing industry dynamics, market developments and technology trends, including AI applications in paid traffic and advertising for e-commerce
• Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to support cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organisation

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce or related roles
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex problems with a structured approach, paired with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in industry and market research and modelling preferred experience in advertising or e-commerce would be advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
