Qualifications

• Essential: BE (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA (Marketing).
• Experience: 10 years with exposure to new product launches and OEM/institutional segments.
• Preference: renewables, consumer durables, or consumer electronics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Development, Marketing, Product Positioning and niche marketing.
• Conduct competitive analysis, build OEM/institutional accounts, and expand market share.
• Lead a sales team, ensure service infrastructure at branches, and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to company-wide objectives.
