REurasia Management Corporation seeks a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in renewable energy solutions. You will identify high-potential commercial clients, develop strategies, and manage the full cycle from lead generation to contract handover.

Strong negotiator with proven B2B sales track record is essential. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to develop concepts, proposals, and commercial models, ensuring project viability and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years in sales, business development, project development, or commercial management.
• Proven B2B sales and project acquisition experience.
• Willingness to conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Experience with CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to develop commercially compelling proposals based on technical and financial requirements.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for renewable energy projects.
• Identify and qualify commercial and industrial clients with significant energy needs.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to contract award.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for proposals and specs.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, MOUs, PPAs, and contracts.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
