Job summary

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group Company, is seeking a marketing leader in the Philippines to drive audience growth and retention across multi-channel campaigns. You will translate briefs into results-focused plans, coordinate digital, CRM, and lifecycle programs, and partner with product, analytics, and legal teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
5+ years in B2B/B2C or B2Provider marketing, growth or lifecycle roles.
Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and multi-channel execution.
Strong project management and leadership-ready communication.

Responsibilities

Manage audience growth and retention marketing initiatives from planning to leadership updates.
Translate briefs and value propositions into actionable marketing plans and goals.
Develop multi-channel campaigns supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Coordinate execution across digital, email, CRM, paid/owned media, and lifecycle channels.
Collaborate with product, analytics, content, and legal teams to manage dependencies and risks.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
