Job summary

Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Staff – Partnerships and Growth Channels to support development and expansion of growth channels.

You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding potential strategic partners, working at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with cross-functional collaboration and performance analytics. This is a full-time project role with a hybrid set-up, requiring coordination with internal teams and external partners to meet growth

Qualifications

Bridge technical processes with business goals, translating needs into structured workflows.
Solid understanding of funnel analytics: lead generation, conversion, partner performance, drop-off rates.
Familiarity with dashboard design or reporting tools to track and visualize channel metrics.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners; serve as contact for partners and internal teams.
Draft partnership proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and documentation to support business development.
Monitor and record key partnership metrics; report on active growth channels.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to deliver insights that refine partner programs and sales strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure deliverables and growth milestones are met on schedule.
