Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Organic growth and Optimisation Executive to lead SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO strategies. You will build performance dashboards, grow organic visibility, and automate reporting to enable faster decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with data teams and external partners to ensure clean inputs and reliable insights. Day-to-day, you’ll own the test roadmap, design tests, track results, and present clear findings to marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• Technical and on-page SEO plus AI surface optimisation.
• CRO test design and interpretation of results.
• Advanced analytics using Excel/Sheets; SQL as a plus.
• GA4 events/conversions and channel attribution understanding.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO across channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and funnel.
• Grow organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces.
• Run CRO on pages and journeys; define tests and automation.
• Automate data pulls, refreshes, distribution and threshold alerts.
• Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data teams and external partners on data quality.
• Identify what to automate and improve attribution.
