Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist in Manila to own SEO, GEO/AEO, and CRO strategies. The role focuses on building performance dashboards, automating reporting, and driving continuous optimization across campaigns, channels, and the full funnel.

You will work in a hybrid setup from Eastwood, QC, collaborating with data teams and external partners to ensure clean inputs and measurable improvements in organic visibility and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Must have strong SEO, GEO/AEO, and CRO capabilities.
• Proven ability to build performance dashboards and automated reports.
• Experience with analytics metrics like CAC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, ARPU, CLTV, churn.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI surfaces.
• Design and run CRO tests; specify hypotheses, variables, controls, and success metrics.
• Build dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands, and the full funnel.
• Automate data pulls, refreshes, distribution and alerts to surface anomalies.
• Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with data teams and partners on clean inputs.
