Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Organic Growth and Optimisation Executive to drive SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO, building performance dashboards and automated reporting. You will own test roadmaps, analyse results, and present insights to marketing and leadership.

Hybrid day-shift role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. Ideal candidates have strong analytics, GA4, SQL and Excel skills with a track record of turning data into action and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing analytics or performance marketing experience.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL a plus.
• GA4 proficiency (events, conversions, attribution).
• Understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, ARPU, churn.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO across campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns and full funnel.
• Grow organic visibility and run CRO on pages and journeys.
• Automate reporting, pulls, refreshes and alerts.
• Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality with the data team and external partners.
