Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an SEO Manager to own and advance SEO, AEO/GEO, and CRO efforts from its Eastwood, Quezon City office. The role governs performance reporting, automation, and a data-driven approach to improve organic visibility and conversions.

You will build dashboards across campaigns and the full funnel, automate data pulls and thresholds, and present results to marketing and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Own and handle SEO, AEO/GEO, and CRO strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns and full funnel.
• Automate reporting and define test roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• SEO and GEO/AEO: Own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI answer surfaces, tracking rankings, coverage, referral quality and the traffic it drives into the funnel.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation: Find where pages and journeys leak, specify fixes and tests to lift conversions.
• Optimisation Recommendations: Produce prioritised recommendations with impact and reasoning.
• Design and Specify the Tests: Own the test roadmap; specify hypothesis, variable, control and success measure.
• Identify What to Automate: Judge what should be automated after test conclusions.
• Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and funnel.
• Automate the Reporting: Automate data pulls, refreshes, distribution and alerts.
• Analysis: Interpret data to explain performance trends and seasonality.
• Presentation: Present findings clearly to marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Data Quality: Ensure tracking and attribution with data team/external partners.
