MicroSourcing seeks an SEO Analytics Specialist to own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI surfaces. You will craft dashboards, run CRO tests, and automate reporting to provide clear, actionable insights.

You will collaborate with marketing, data, and external partners, presenting findings to senior stakeholders and driving data-led decisions in a hybrid, day-shift role from Eastwood, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Experience owning SEO, GEO/AEO, and CRO for multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical abilities with high proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI surfaces.
• Design and manage CRO tests and a test roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Develop performance dashboards across campaigns and channels.
• Automate data pulls, updates, and alerting for timely insights.
• Analyze movements, attribute results, and explain drivers of performance.
• Present findings to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
