Job summary
MicroSourcing seeks a Marketing Analytics Manager to own SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO, build performance reporting, and automate dashboards from campaigns to the full funnel. You will drive organic visibility, test roadmaps, and collaborate with data teams to ensure clean inputs and actionable insights.
The role requires strong analytics, Excel/Sheets mastery, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders. Hybrid setup in Eastwood, Quezon City with day shifts and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Technical and on-page SEO for organic visibility
- CRO and AEO/GEO optimisation across campaigns
- Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
- SQL querying of source data (nice to have)
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and driving decisions
- Proven track record of automated reporting and measurable results
Responsibilities
- Own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI surfaces
- Design and manage CRO tests and test roadmap
- Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and funnel
- Automate data pulls, refreshes and distribution with alerts
- Provide clear analysis, separating real movement from seasonality
- Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders
