Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking an SEO/SEM & Web Optimization Specialist to enhance our digital presence and generate measurable growth. You will lead SEO/SEM efforts, optimize websites, manage analytics, and create content while aligning with brand visibility and lead generation goals.

You will build dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio, collaborate across teams, and stay current on industry trends to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in SEO/SEM or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio.
• Experience with WordPress and landing page optimization.
• Familiar with AI marketing tools and workflow automation is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and leads.
• Manage and optimize SEM/PPC campaigns across platforms.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO, metadata, linking, schema.
• Use AI tools to optimize content for search engines.
• Create and maintain content, blogs, white papers, and case studies.
• Monitor performance, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with UX and landing page optimization.
• Maintain GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards for reporting.
• Support social media content creation.
• Stay updated on SEO/SEM trends.
