MicroSourcing International is seeking a Marketing Officer in Manila to own SEO, GEO/AEO and CRO, building performance reporting and driving automated insights across campaigns and channels. You will oversee dashboards, growth in organic visibility, and conversion-rate optimisation on journeys that traffic feeds.

Day-to-day you will design tests, specify hypotheses, brief automation specialists, and read results honestly.

Qualificações

• Experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards across campaigns, channels and the full funnel.
• Strong understanding of SEO, CRO and AI-driven search surfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimise SEO and GEO/AEO performance across campaigns.
• Lead CRO tests and map a clear hypothesis, variables, control and success criteria.
• Automate reporting and data pulls to provide recurring, end-to-end insights.
• Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders with clarity.
• Collaborate with data teams and external partners on clean inputs and attribution.
• Develop a test roadmap and ensure learnings drive business decisions.
