Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an SEO Analytics Specialist to own organic visibility, CRO and performance reporting. You will build dashboards across campaigns, channels, brands and the full funnel, driving improvements in search visibility and conversion rates.

The role partners with data teams and external partners, with a focus on end-to-end automated reporting and actionable insights. Based in Eastwood, Quezon City, this hybrid role reports to the Head of Marketing Subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Technical and on-page SEO expertise with AI surface optimisation.
• CRO test design and interpreting lift properly.
• Advanced analytics skills in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise organic visibility across search and AI surfaces.
• Lead CRO tests and specify hypotheses, variables, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards across campaigns and channels.
• Automate reporting, alert thresholds, and ensure data quality.
• Present findings to marketing and senior stakeholders.
