Wing Assistant is seeking a scrappy, highly technical Growth Operator for a hands-on early growth hire in a B2B SaaS startup. You will lead a small GTM team, drive growth through innovative strategies and execution.
You will open ad accounts, build landing pages, create outbound lists, configure enrichment and sequences, fix lead routing and improve deliverability. You’ll automate workflows with AI and inspect CRM data to determine which channels generate pipeline and revenue.
