Qualifications

• Solid experience growing a LinkedIn presence and/or running LinkedIn lead generation with real examples or results.
• Excellent written English for professional outreach to an international audience.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, or similar.
• Background using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
• Strong grasp of the LinkedIn algorithm and what drives reach in 2026.
• Proactive ownership mindset, with a habit of spotting opportunities and acting on them.
• Thorough, trustworthy, and able to run independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, publish, and manage LinkedIn content (posts, newsletters, documents) on a founder’s profile.
• Handle daily engagement by writing thoughtful, human comments on target-audience posts to raise profile visibility.
• Create targeted prospect lists and run connection and message sequences through outreach campaigns.
• Find warm leads, meaning people who engaged with the content, and contact them with personalized, non-spammy messages.
• Measure performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads, and report the results.
• Propose data-backed improvements to content and outreach based on the numbers.
• Keep every piece of outreach safe, personal, and on-brand.
