Sphere Rocket VA US is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive paid media, SEO/SEM, and CRO for its brands, including buyunitynow.com. You will own GTM setup, GA4 reporting, and CRM-driven lead handoffs, focusing on commercial intent and qualified leads.

The role requires hands-on optimization across ad platforms and analytics tools, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and vendor management. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines with a global scope.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta Ads for B2B or considered-purchase products.
• Practical knowledge of SEO, search intent segmentation, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Track record of driving website CRO through structured audits and testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Google Merchant Center.
• Experience with CRMs and lead routing systems (ideally GoHighLevel and RB2B).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report clearly and back decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google & Meta Ads with budget control and creative testing.
• Direct search visibility strategy (SEO/SEM) and align paid and organic efforts.
• Own CRO for lead-gen sites, run UI/UX audits and drive test backlogs.
• Operate RB2B and GoHighLevel CRM for lead capture and routing; build integrated reporting.
• Set up and maintain GTM/GA4 events and product feeds; ensure data accuracy.
