Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a strategic Paid Media Specialist (B2B) to drive paid acquisition and demand generation. You will lead campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, build full-funnel programs, and collaborate with Sales, Content, and CRO to scale pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in performance marketing, deep Google/Meta expertise, CRO and attribution knowledge, CRM experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong B2B lead generation focus.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok is a plus).
• Proven experience managing full-funnel B2B campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing attribution.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize B2B campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for lead generation.
• Own full-funnel strategy: awareness to retargeting.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and channel mix for ROI and CAC.
• Use attribution models and data to guide decisions and forecasting.
• Analyze campaign performance with GA4, CRM insights, and dashboards.
• Test and optimize creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Collaborate with CRO to improve conversions on forms and pages.
• Develop hypotheses and run structured A/B tests.
• Work with creative/content teams on high-performing B2B ad creatives.
• Ensure messaging aligns with ICPs and sales enablement goals.
• Guide testing frameworks and scaling strategies.
