Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related role preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing organic search initiatives and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and technical SEO.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to prepare marketing content and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth marketing strategies aligned with objectives and lead generation goals.
• Conduct keyword research and market analysis for organic and paid growth.
• Plan and execute SEO initiatives to improve traffic and leads.
• Optimize landing pages, service pages, and content for performance and UX.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager; report findings.
