You will directly report to the CEO and coach a team including a Lead Generator, collaborating with Recruitment, Operations, and Account Management to build lasting partnerships and accelerate company growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Development, Recruitment, Labour Hire, or B2B Sales.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Proven sales, pipeline management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
• Results-driven, hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Strategic Partnerships Team to exceed growth targets.
• Drive lead generation, client meetings, and pipeline conversion.
• Keep opportunities moving and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Partner with Recruitment, Operations, and Account Management teams.
• Build strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, coach for success, and celebrate wins.
