Staff Domain Inc. in Ortigas (Onsite) is seeking a senior Head of Growth for Mid-Market and Partnerships. You will own and drive the largest enterprise opportunities, coach a closers team, and lead the go-to-market for a new fully managed BPO service across Australia and Manila.

You will manage end-to-end deal cycles, engage with executives, and represent the company at industry events, ensuring growth targets are met and profitability is maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven record in mid-market or enterprise sales.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Ability to close large deals and manage RFPs/tenders.

Responsibilities

• Close our largest enterprise opportunities from first call to signature.
• Launch and shape the managed BPO offering with leadership and ops teams.
• Qualify and allocate pipeline across the team and review deals weekly.
• Win tenders and ensure timely responses with stakeholders.
