Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our restaurant network in Laguna, Calamba. You will qualify leads, conduct field visits, and present our premium packages to potential partners to secure new collaborations.

You will work with the sales team to exceed targets, monitor the competitive landscape, and provide feedback from partners to improve our offerings. Strong English and Filipino communication is required, with field-ready attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred.
1–2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling and similar areas, preferably with field sales.
Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management.
Good communication skills; comfortable speaking English, Filipino and local dialect.
Open to extensive fieldwork within Laguna (Calamba/Cabuyao).
Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales targets.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Acquire new restaurants to partner with foodpanda.
Close deals with target restaurants via cold calling, fieldwork, and virtual presentations.
Effectively present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to incubate vendor partnerships.
Exceed sales goals and drive volume and quality sales as part of a team.
Monitor competitor activity, gather feedback, and recommend market improvements.
Gather feedback from partner restaurants to inform management decisions.
