Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Business Development Executive in Laguna (Calamba/Cabuyao). You will acquire new restaurants, conduct field sales, and present our premium packages to vendors to drive growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally to incubate partners, exceed sales targets, and monitor local competition. Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred; fieldwork in the Laguna area is required. This role offers performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred.
1–2 years in sales or business development, preferably field sales.
Experience with Sales Pipeline Management.
Strong communication in English and Filipino; local dialects are common.

Responsibilities

Acquire new restaurants to partner with foodpanda.
Close deals with target restaurants via cold calling, fieldwork, and virtual presentations.
Effectively present foodpanda packages to potential vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to incubate vendors.
Exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth with incentives.
Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for market share.
Gather feedback from partner restaurants for improvements to management.
