Pomelodigital in the Philippines is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and scale digital campaigns across Meta, Google, OTT, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

You will design data-driven marketing plans, optimize budgets, run A/B tests, monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing across major channels.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and other platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager expertise.
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on with A/B testing, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage large ad budgets with a focus on performance.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics, algorithms, and bidding strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, OTT, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic advertising.
• Design and implement strategic digital marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience.
• Track and report on KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
• Leverage automation tools and AI-driven insights to optimize media buying and audience targeting.
• Manage relationships with ad platform representatives and technology partners to drive campaign success.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
