Job summary

Eco Ring Philippines is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own our digital advertising and customer acquisition in-house. The role requires independent management of paid campaigns, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to drive store visits and purchases.

You will handle Google Ads and Meta Ads, manage a monthly budget around PHP 1 million, and ensure robust tracking with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel. English proficiency and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ability to manage significant monthly ad budgets.
• Strong experience in lead-generation and location-based advertising.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage a monthly advertising budget of approximately PHP 1 million.
• Allocate advertising budgets by platform, campaign, location, and store.
• Generate customer inquiries, appointments, store visits, and purchases.
• Develop strategies for existing stores and new openings.
• Monitor performance to improve CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Set up GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel tracking.
• Connect online results with offline store visits and purchases.
• Independently identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Prepare creative briefs for ads, landing pages, and promotions.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
