Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, Data Science or related field.
• 3–5 years leading full-funnel performance marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in Digital Media and Performance Marketing with attribution, segmentation, CRO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-synthesis skills.
• Historically influenced senior stakeholders to drive growth KPIs.
• Hands-on in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads; programmatic desirable.
• Current Google Media Buying and Meta Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of performance marketing across brand touchpoints for ROI.
