You will collaborate with Marketing and E‑Commerce teams to drive customer acquisition and sales, monitor performance, and provide data‑driven insights while aligning campaigns with product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and programmatic platforms.
• Strong data analytics, GA4, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for online conversions and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, and Creatives teams.
• Translate data into insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure campaigns align with launches, promotions, and distributor initiatives.
