Job summary

Energizer is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth by expanding distribution and executing in-store programs for Energizer products across assigned areas.

You will build relationships with retailers, manage key accounts, visit stores to ensure stock and POS compliance, and report sales activities using SFA tools. Diploma or business degree; 3–6 years of Key Account Sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• .Diploma holders encouraged; Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• 3-6 years' Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of Energizer products within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Execute daily store visits to ensure product visibility, stock availability, and POS compliance.
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order taking from customers.
• Utilize SFA tools for accurate reporting of sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback.
• Support the execution of in-store displays and promotional campaigns to drive sell‑out.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Ad hoc compilation of forecast quantities for merchandising needs.
• Handle small key accounts and support their sales growth.
