Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and secure strong in-store execution for Energizer products across assigned areas. The role focuses on building durable relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners to achieve sustained sell-through.

The candidate will conduct daily store visits, ensure product visibility, stock levels, and POS compliance, and utilize SFA tools for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply; Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• 3-6 years of Key Account Sales experience with local chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of Energizer products within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Execute daily store visits to ensure product visibility, stock availability, and POS compliance.
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising standards per brand guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order taking from customers.
• Utilize SFA tools for accurate reporting of sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback.
• Support execution of in-store displays and promotional campaigns to drive sell-out.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Ad hoc compilation of forecast quantities for merchandising needs.
• Handle small key accounts and support their sales growth.
