Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across assigned areas in the Philippines. You will expand distribution, secure strong in-store execution, and build partnerships with retailers and trade partners.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly and quarterly targets, using SFA tools for reporting, and coordinating with supply chain to ensure product availability while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• 3-6 years' Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of Energizer products within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Execute daily store visits to ensure optimal product visibility, stock availability, and POS compliance.
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order taking from customers.
• Utilize SFA tools for accurate reporting of sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback.
• Support the execution of in-store displays and promotional campaigns to drive sell-out.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
