Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks an experienced sales and account management professional to drive growth with Tier 3 and 4 accounts in the power and renewables sector. You will nurture client relationships, collaborate on solutions, and guide pursuit strategies while representing the client internally.

Lead the development of account plans, coordinate with enterprise strategy, and ensure high client satisfaction across defined regions.

• 10+ years of experience in power, renewable or related industries

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement activities from identification and opportunity creation to business capture
• Maintain CRM updates and governance alignment for accurate tracking
• Account management: build and maintain client relationships and sector-led plans
• Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads
• Develop client strategy including segmentation, prioritization, and GTM
• Co-develop marketing strategy with Enterprise Strategy
• Accountable for overall client satisfaction and conduct satisfaction surveys
• Travel to client sites as required and adapt plans per regional needs
