Job summary

foodpanda in Manila is seeking a data reporting and analytics professional to manage restaurant master data, monitor records in Salesforce, and collaborate across Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions.

You will analyze vendor performance, identify monetization opportunities, and develop frameworks to guide Account Managers, while supporting campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or any other similar quantitative field.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insighting.
• Ability to work with large datasets, proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, and experience with BI tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
• Structured problem solving with analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to liaise with different teams.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Required languages: English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant master data, ensuring entries are correct and up-to-date.
• Create and oversee processes to monitor accuracy of records on Salesforce and other Commercial databases.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to standardize processes.
• Track, monitor, and influence business performance through insightful reports.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and monetize across the NCR vendor portfolio.
• Analyze vendor and portfolio performance to determine high-impact interventions.
• Build prioritization frameworks to guide Account Managers.
• Evaluate strategies and scale marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
