Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager of Commercial Strategy and Performance in the Philippines to lead data-driven decision making and revenue growth across the NCR vendor portfolio. You will manage master data, develop reports, and partner with Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing and Finance to standardize processes.

The role requires a quantitative background, 4–5 years of data experience, and strong communication skills in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
• Ability to work with large datasets using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with structured problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise across teams.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant master data ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Create and oversee processes that monitor data accuracy in Salesforce and other databases.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing and Finance to standardize processes.
• Create insightful reports to drive data-driven decisions and track performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and monetization across NCR vendor portfolio.
• Analyze vendor and portfolio performance to identify high-impact products or interventions.
• Build prioritization frameworks to guide Account Managers on focus areas.
• Evaluate strategies and scale marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
