Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a data-driven Analyst to manage restaurant master data and ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and commercial databases. You will coordinate with Account Management, Sales, Growth and Marketing, and Finance to standardize processes and drive data-driven decisions.

Candidates should have 4–5 years in data reporting and analysis, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and knowledge of SQL with BI tools. English and Filipino language proficiency is required for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or quantitative field.
• 4-5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insighting.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel for large datasets.
• Knowledge of SQL; experience with BI tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication; able to liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant master data, ensuring entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Create and oversee processes monitoring data quality in Salesforce and other databases.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to standardize processes.
• Produce reports to track performance indicators and drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve monetization across NCR vendor portfolio.
• Analyze vendor and portfolio performance to identify high-impact products or interventions.
• Build prioritization frameworks to guide Account Managers.
• Evaluate strategies and scale marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
