Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager of Commercial Strategy and Performance in the Philippines to lead data-driven decision making and revenue growth across the NCR vendor portfolio. You will manage master data, develop reports, and partner with Account Management, Sales, Growth, Marketing and Finance to standardize processes.

The role requires a quantitative background, 4–5 years of data experience, and strong communication skills in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
• Ability to work with large datasets using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with structured problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise across teams.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.

We are looking for a Manager, Commercial Strategy and Performance to join our growing business!

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant master data, making sure that all entries are correct and up-to-date;
• Create and oversee processes that monitor accuracy of records on Salesforce, and other Commercial databases;
• Coordinate with various stakeholders both within and outside the Commercial Department (Account Management, Sales, Growth and Marketing, and Finance) to introduce new, and standardize existing processes;
• Work closely with various teams within the Commercial Department to track, monitor, and influence performance indicators of the business through the creation of insightful reports that drive data-driven decisions;
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve monetization across the NCR vendor portfolio.
• Analyze vendor and portfolio performance to determine which commercial products or interventions have the highest potential impact.
• Build actionable prioritization frameworks to guide Account Managers on where to focus and
• Evaluate strategies and scale up adoption of marketing solutions, and campaigns and promotions aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention, and restaurant growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or any other similar quantitative field
• 4 - 5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, and insighting
• Ability to work with large datasets, proficiency in using basic data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Knowledge of SQL, and experience working with business intelligence tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau are a plus
• Experience working with Salesforce or other similar CRM tool is a plus
• Structured problem solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, i.e. must be able to liaise well with different teams
• Team player but can work independently
