Job summary

EZ Rocks Co. Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for our Makati office. You will lead integrated campaigns, negotiate strategic accounts, and drive growth across dealer networks, developers, and project owners.

You will mentor the sales team, optimize resources, and collaborate with product development to align market initiatives with the company roadmap. Travel for client meetings and field visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field, including supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team toward established sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience in negotiating and closing high-value or strategic accounts with dealers, developers, contractors, project owners, or institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and market development.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales programs, marketing campaigns, and business-growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales performance, expenses, market trends, and competitive activities and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with dealers, developers, contractors, project owners, and other strategic clients.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance, while staying up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Product Development Team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the company's product roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business and drive sustainable growth.
• Manage client databases and CRM to improve relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize resources.
