Job summary

ROAS Media Pte. in Manila is seeking a versatile Business Development Executive to work alongside the CEO. You will actively hunt, cold email/call, and seek new opportunities to drive sales and grow awareness of ROAS Media while nurturing inbound leads in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate across teams to develop strategic plans, present value propositions, and close deals, with a focus on expanding a global client base as the company scales in the Philippines and beyond.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and business development experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to learn about the ecommerce industry and understand processes.
• Strong attention to detail and admin skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable presenting to clients from C-level to small business owners.
• Entrepreneurial hunter mindset and love of selling.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure stakeholders are informed on the progress of those goals
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
• Understand industry-specific trends
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
• Research and source new leads and opportunities
• Identify and close new leads
• Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
• Build, manage and train a global Business Development Team
