Job summary

EZ Rocks Co. Inc. seeks a driven Sales Executive to manage and expand relationships with existing customers and dealers. You will identify new business opportunities, pursue sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will conduct field visits in Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, and Valenzuela, preparing quotations and proposals, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in construction materials or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of pavers and construction materials is a plus.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and other required documents.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor customer accounts, payments, and credit terms.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with the accounting, logistics, warehouse, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and credit and collection guidelines.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
