Job summary

EZ Rocks Co. Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks a results-driven Sales Professional to grow revenue across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. You will promote pavers, paving blocks, and concrete products, while building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and engineers.

You will visit client sites, conduct market surveys, prepare quotations and presentations, and follow up on inquiries, bids, and opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, paving products, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of pavers, construction materials, and their applications is an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports accurately and promptly.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Promote and sell pavers, paving blocks, and concrete products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Undertake client site visits and customer meetings to understand project requirements.
• Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitor products, pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries, bids, and project opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
