Job summary

EZFY is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our business development team in Manila. This full-time role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client partnerships, and contributing to overall growth.

You will proactively identify leads, meet with prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and nurture existing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient presentation to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads to grow the client portfolio.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to pitch services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to secure new business.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver great client experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
