Job summary

GoTyme in the Philippines is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize growth initiatives across segments and products. You will translate business and product objectives into scalable media strategies, delivering against acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and full‑funnel planning.
• Proven experience across multiple digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
• Experience managing campaigns and media budgets across products/segments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA, AppsFlyer, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks.
• Ability to translate data into actionable budget and growth decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Creative, Brand, CRM, Data & Analytics and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, setup, launch, and optimization.
• Define audience, channel, funnel, budget, and measurement strategies.
• Guide campaign architecture, targeting, bidding, and creative requirements.
• Monitor performance beyond platform metrics and optimize for CAC/ROAS.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to define dashboards and attribution approaches.
• Develop the team and manage workload across campaigns.
