Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a Growth-oriented Performance Digital Marketing Head to lead the company’s digital growth across acquisition, conversion and measurable results. You will own campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and more, shaping content, targeting and funnels that deliver qualified leads and revenue.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep analytics, and collaboration with Sales, Brokerage and Advisory units to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience with strong performance marketing and lead generation.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution and marketing technology integration.
• Strong analytical, commercial mindset and ability to translate data into revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead PRIME Philippines’ performance digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Build cross-channel digital acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design campaigns for multiple business lines, properties, services and client segments.
• Establish acquisition funnels from awareness to lead generation to conversion.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance and business impact.
• Lead collaboration with brokerage, leasing, research & advisory teams to qualify and convert leads.
• Develop landing pages, lead forms, remarketing and conversion assets.
• Oversee CRM, automation, lead nurturing and data-driven reporting.
