GoTyme Bank Corporation seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple, and TikTok. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Brand, Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns meet acquisition goals.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, budgeting support, and timely reporting to drive ROAS and KPI improvements across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital media buying/performance marketing.
• Hands-on management of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-channel acquisition KPIs.
• Familiarity with GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple, and TikTok.
• Set up campaigns, ad groups, creatives, audiences, tracking, and conversion events.
• Monitor campaigns daily and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Creative, Strategy, Brand, Product/Segment, Growth, and Analytics teams.
• Support testing initiatives including A/B testing for creatives and bidding strategies.
